After three seasons of serving our lawn mowing needs well, this contractor dropped us from his route without any warning or explanation, leaving us without mowing service just as this year's season begins.

They always do a great job and I never even know they're there. I'm pretty picky and he comes, does the work, does it right, and leaves. I've had no issues at all.
