I met Joe at the hardware store where he assisted me with my purchase. (He was standing by the counter and I assumed he worked there.) When he mentioned that he was a plumber, I told him I needed a plumber and he said he could stop by the following evening. I was a bit hesitant to hire someone without a referral so I joined Angies List and the reviews were positive. He arrived as scheduled and tried plunging, snaking, using chemicals and opening clean outs in kithen and basement. He determined that stoppage was between basement and exterior of house and said he could return following evening with more equipment. On second evening he arrived with a helper and power tool and resolved the issue.
