Home Inspection
Our realtor directed us to Steve and his HomeTeam Inspection service for the house we purchased in Rochester. We were relocating from Cincinnati, OH and couldn't be at present when the inspection was done. However, Steve gave us very timely responses, answered my questions thoroughly, and gave us a detailed report with pictures within 24 hours of the inspection. After the inspection, I looked at several other inspection services on Angie's List and realized that we may pay a bit more for our inspection--probably because we included pest inspection. However, we are happy with the overall experience.
