Frank Page is hands down the best painter in town. He painted our old house several years ago and it turned out great. Unfortunately, his prices have gone up considerably in the past 8 yrs and we can't afford to hire him again. He is a lot more expensive than other painters. If you can afford him, go for it! You won't be disappointed in his quality of work.
Though I feel compelled to say that I feel the cost went because we moved on to a more wealthy street in town. My old house was in similar shape and had less surface area to paint. The prices always seem to go up as soon as any contractor drives on to the street...

Job was stopped and started due to weather, supplies and availability of products over summer. We knew before hand and it was just fine with us. We've worked with this company in the past and know the owner now and trust him and his crew implicitly. Extremely professional crew, honest, polite, considerate and always tidy up each day. . The house is impeccable when they leave. Extremely high quality work.

In a word, this job was FANTASTIC! The results are absolutely wonderful and Frank's staff were a dream to work with. His people are highly skilled, meticulous about their work, professional in every way, and warm and courteous, to boot. They arrived on time every morning and left the work area impeccably clean at the end of each day. They continually consulted with us on every aspect of the project, and asked our permission about leaving certain equipment overnight or on weekends. Customer satisfaction was clearly important to all of his staff. Plus, the work is so gorgeous that all I could say is WOW! After watching a lot of horror stories on HGTV we were worried about hiring a contractor, but hiring Frank's team was the best decision we could have made. I'm looking forward to being able to hire him to remodel our kitchen in the future.

Frank offered me several options to help me best meet my needs. He obviously places a high emphasis on quality and doing the job right. He had great communication, responding to my calls quickly. His team was neat and left my home spotless at the end of each day. The Master Carpenter was clearly an expert in his field. As a mother of 3 I felt comfortable with the crew working in my home. Everyone was polite and no one used bad language. The project turned out beautiful and on time. I would use Frank again in a heartbeat.
