He showed up exactly when he said he would, completed the work in the anticipated amount of time and charged me the agreed-upon price. In addition, he was friendly and professional. He also tuned my neighbors's piano following my appointment, and she was satisfied as well. I plan to use him again next year,

 + -1 moreI have an old piano maybe which is as old as 1915 Steinway. I had all new hammers put in last year. I did not want to spend money to replace the keys when I'd already spent a lot on the inside. I like Rob from Edwardsen Piano Service. The price is good and he is always on time. He is very professional and I have been using him from a longtime.
