Mr. Edwardsen responded to my inquiry quickly, and we were able to schedule an appointment in a very timely manner. He showed up exactly when he said he would, completed the work in the anticipated amount of time and charged me the agreed-upon price. In addition, he was friendly and professional. He also tuned my neighbors's piano following my appointment, and she was satisfied as well.

My piano has never sounded so good and Mr Edwardsen taught me some things about my piano I never knew. I was thrilled wih his work and professional, yet friendly manner.

I have an old piano maybe which is as old as 1915 Steinway. I had all new hammers put in last year. I did not want to spend money to replace the keys when I'd already spent a lot on the inside. I like Rob from Edwardsen Piano Service. The price is good and he is always on time. He is very professional and I have been using him from a longtime.
