Peter is a real estate star. He was patient, kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. During the negotiation, he was patient, provided excellent feedback and context without telling us what we should or should not do (exactly what we wanted). He helped us steer away from some properties that looked good on the surface but likely would not have served our needs, and helped us to identify a house we would truly love. He navigated a complex sale involving grants from the City of Rochester and RIT at a time when new, strict mortgage regulations were being implemented nationally. The City of Rochester can be difficult, and we had some bureaucratic difficulty getting the city to do what we needed them to do in a timely manner so we could close on the house. Peter was able to work through the city's rules and regulations to complete all of the required paperwork before we lost the sale. He also helped keep us sane and happy throughout the process. We have lived in the house now for four years, and we love it more all the time. If we ever need to sell our house, we will absolutely be calling Peter.
