Glass Block Service
Well I contacted about 3 different glass block companies to get some prices. American glass block had the best price and the salesman was also very nice, more so then the other companies. I have to admit I was a little hesitant to go with American glass block due to the fact that the company is actually located in Buffalo not Rochester and they also wanted a $250 deposit before work was even scheduled. But the salesman was very nice and reassuring enough to convince me it was ok. Long story short about a week in a half after I mailed the deposit the windows were installed with no problems. The windows look great. The only problems, if you want to call them problems, was that I had to call them 3 days after the deposit check was cleared since I didn't hear from them, the installers showed up about an 1 hr an 10 minutes late with no prior call to let me know, and the clean up could have been a little better, I had to shop vac all the work areas after they left. But overall I'm very happy
