Very well. 2 men arrived promptly at the pre-scheduled appointment time and immediately got to work. They were very friendly and professional, and worked systematically throughout the house. They were here for almost 3 hours and never took a break. The windows were really dirty in spots and they thoroughly ensured that they were cleaned completely.

When the owner came by to give me a price quote, I told him I didn't want to spend the money to wash the windows in our three-season room that were just installed last fall. He told me that he really wanted to include them in the estimate and he would do them at a reduced price, so I agreed and I'm glad I did. When his scheduler called me the next day, she offered me a date that same week because they'd had a cancellation, so I was able to get the work done almost immediately. The first thing the two workers did when they walked through the door was remove their shoes, so I knew I was going to like them! They were friendly, competent and efficient. It took them about 3 hours to wash all my windows and they have never looked this good before!

They contacted me punctually and gave me an estimate over the phone. They arrived on time. Ed did a great job. He was professional and pleasant.

Kevin and his crew of three arrived just a few minutes before the scheduled time and set right to work. While two were outside doing the power washing and gutters, the other two were starting inside to clean all the windows, including the screens, storms and sills. All were neat, polite, professional and were respectful of our home (didn't track in any dirt and most importantly, didn't let any of our cats out), and wore shirts identifying them as working for All Clear. They moved plants and furniture as needed and returned them to their place when done. They were careful not to damage any of the outdoor plants. Most of the windows are original to the house (built in 1912), but they managed to clean them all, removing the storms and screens for cleaning as they went along. They even cleaned the attic windows! The power washing and gutters took 2-3 hours and the windows took 6-7 hours. Most of the windows are 6 over 1 double hung and they did the glass in both front and back doors and the 10 pane each French doors to the porch. The guys worked well together and we were comfortable having them in our home. The outside looks great and the windows now sparkle with no streaks or smudges.

It went very well. The young man representing All Clear worked steadily, cheerfully and well for almost five hours.
