They did an excellent job!! Since my basement is finished, he took care to run the new drain pipes in a way that didn't resort to breaking through a wall or having any pvc exposed. The drain works great!

Our furnace was working sporadically and cutting in and out - which is not good when the outside temperature is around 0 degrees. Scott arrived within a few hours of our call and went to work and solved the problem thoroughly and swiftly.  He is  very knowledgeable and professional and also gave advice on how to avoid the problem in the future.  We have used All Clear Plumbing for several years for both heating and plumbing problems and would highly recommend them for both.

He cleaned up beautifully. They were able to come 3-4 days later, which was convenient to me. I've never had a problem scheduling with them. the plumber answered all of my questions and his work was exceptional. He called about 45 minutes before our appointment to warn me he'd be a little late due to an emergency on the job prior to mine, and I said that that was fine.  I appreciated that they let me know. Scott was an excellent plumber and a true professional.

It worked out though. They snaked the floor drain like I asked them to, and it stopped the glugging in the kitchen sink. All good.

Overall, this is the third time that we have used them. I am very satisfied with them. The work was excellent.

My experience with them was fantastic and I would strongly recommend them.  They were courteous, neat, thoughtful and quick.

Found a leak in our basement. Turned out to be simply a bad seal on first floor toilet. One week later, my stepdaughter had a major leak in her bathroom dripping into her family room. Called Howard again. Required tearing the ceiling down to isolate leak. Took several trips tp isolate leak, make repairs and re-drywall ceiling. All workers were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Howard was very patient with balky insurance company. would definatly use this company again

The U pipe in the back of my fountain sink in my upstairs bathroom had rotted through and perforated, spilling a gallon + of water over the floor. Tony came out that Monday, and got straight to work. He pulled back the fountain sink to gain access to the rotten pipe, replaced the pipe with a PVC pipe, reconnected the sink, and snaked the drain, all in about 2 hrs of work. In addition, the service call was free with the $45 off coupon given by All Clear Plumbing. 
Much appreciated service. Would highly recommend.

The problems were resolved competently.   I thought the price was a little high and somewhat unexpected.  The owner of the business, a courteous and professional man with whom I had dealt previously, used a contractor to make the repairs.

We used All Clear because they have a coupon for a free service call worth $45. Be very care here as their hourly rates are in addition ($85 hourly) and the price for their parts are inflated. The time it took to unscrew the brackets holding the pump and to put the new one in was about 6 minutes which cost us $85. I was told that the Diversitech condensation pump cp-22 they bought at Home Depot was $65. This is a straight out lie since Home Depot does not carry those pumps. On the internet, you can buy them $36-$38 including tax and shipping. The coupon is a marketing tool and they make up for the coupon with their other inflated charges.

Competitive pricing. Very prompt. He called us ahead of time. Very professional. No complications with the work.

Work was of superior quality and well done.  Would highly recommend All-Clear Plumbing.
