A Fine Time Clock Shop

The clock never ran properly.  The original mechanism was supposed to run for 1 week after winding.  It never ran for more than a day or two, if that.  I brought it back many times and suspect all they did was hang it on the wall until I came back.  The original repair was very slow, too. I eventually took the clock to another shop where the owner told me that it had only been partially rebuilt so I never got what I had been promised and paid for.  Since the second shop has rebuilt it, it has been running quite well so I know that it could have been done properly to begin with but was not.  Also, one of the people at A Fine Clock Shop, wanted to cut a deal for cash on the side without the other owner's knowledge so things are a little odd at this place. One of the owners also had a clock shop that closed and kept peoples' clocks.  Sad.

Clock is not running correctly - double "C***-Coos" and becomes out of sync, keeps time erratically, work took 3x longer than estimated and was not informed of increase of cost until I tried to pick up the clock, Appraisal never delivered, can not contact shop - goes to voice-mail with no return calls -  warranty is useless  I would not recommend this shop or it's "Clockmaker" to anyone
