Ceramic Tile Service
What he started doing was that he was charging me for his travel time. He did not tell me this ahead of time. He only said he was going to charge me per hour.
There was a part he needed that I could have picked up and he charged me to get a part that he already had to go to the store for. He charged me hourly for this.
He ended up overcharging me at least $100 and promised to refund the money and never did.
I called him numerous times and he refused to do it.
