Hanks's estimate came in the lowest of the five estimates I was given. Hank came on time with his team of very qualified, super-efficient workers. They were quick to set up and went to work, completing the job easily in only two days. He gladly replaced a rotted section of plywood that caught him by surprise without adding anything to the bottom line. Hank himself was a gentleman, explaining what he was doing as the work was being done. I was 100% pleased with the entire experience.
Description of Work: Hank DeVries was one of five contractors who evaluated the condition of my roof and gave me an estimate for roof replacement. He replaced the roof in two days, including removing the one layer of old shingles, installing new felt paper underlayment, new boots on vent pipes, ridge vent and ridge cap, cleaning all gutters, adding two attic vents to correct insuffiencies in the attic venting, and all debris cleanup.
