I have been with Chase for a long time. They provide services. They pay virtually nothing in interest. They provide a free checking if I keep a certain really high balance in the linked accounts. I never had any real problems with them.

I was loyal to them until they started charging all of the fees. In the beginning, their interest rates and charges were very reasonable. When I figured out that they were keeping more of my money then I was, I went with another bank. I still have a credit card with them, but I don't use it. They were very professional and had good quality people that seemed to know what they are doing.
