Sold our home in less than 6 months

We were looking to find an comfortable, conveniently located apartment to move to. The agent (Mr. Katcher) at Kennedy and Kennedy had a comprehensive list for us to choose from, both that were under the agency's listing and those from partner real estate firms. He took us to view those apartments that we had sorted down to. Throughout he was quite cheerful, courteous and prompt with everything. We found our dream apartment in less than a week, and we are still very thankful to the agent for the find.

He was very courteous and professional and above all very understanding of our requirements. He went above above and beyond to help us find, lock in, negotiate the price with the landlord, sign and finally secure the lease of our new apartment which is conveniently located in a nice building with old world charm and even arranged for us to access it much in advance of the actual move in. He took pains to make sure that everything is taken care of with the least amount of difficulties on our side. We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.
