About us

I obtained my Bachelors degree in Architectural Design and Engineering in 2006. Since then I have worked with a number of local architects and engineers designing some amazing homes and structures. I also started Guyer Properties in 2008 and I own and manage several investment properties from Syracuse NY to Oswego NY. In 2013 I decided I wanted to set my own hours and answer to my wife only, so I went back to school and started J Guyer Home Inspections. With my strong background in architecture and working with investment properties, inspecting was already second nature to me. I enjoy meeting new people every day, and most of all I sincerely enjoy helping and teaching people all about home ownership and maintenance. Buying a home for most people is the largest investment they will ever make. Jesse is very professional, he provides a detailed report and is very knowledgeable. I have worked with him at least a dozen times and I highly recommend him to everyone I can. I have been in the industry for 15 and he is one of the best.
