Poorman Property Maintenance

Bob has taken care of my huge backyard located in Liverpool for several years now. He's always attentive to detail, professional and a very caring individual. Yes, there are times when he has employee issues, but most of the times those are out of his control. The very few times I had an issue, either he sent someone to redo the job or he did it himself. As a matter of fact, my son, who recently bought a home in Baldwinsville, asked him to service his lawn. Unfortunately, his location is out of Bob's range of service. That was disappointing, but we were grateful for his honesty. I would gladly recommend Bob to anyone who wants their lawn taking cae of. He doesn't even require any supervision. As of right now, I'm managing my house in Liverpool from another state and I won't trust anyone else to take care of my lawn,

Poorman Property Maintenance were a really good deal. I haven't had him to my lawn yet, because he hasn't been able to get me into his schedule, but he does a couple other properties in the neighborhood and they look phenomenal. He has always been on schedule. I like everything from what I have seen. He is always professional and does good cleanup. He took time out of his schedule to fit me in for the aeration. He actually worked late that day to get me into his schedule. Which was really nice. He was very professional and I like him a lot. He does really nice work. He cleans up and takes everything away. He is a very, very professional guy. I will absolutely use him again. As soon as the snow is out of here he is going to come and do some seeding.
