Nick Hoyt Heating @ A/C

Went well. Nick explained everything he was doing. He was very nice and I felt comfortable with him.

Nick was able to fit me into his busy schedule within a reasonable amount of time. He came in and spent a lot of time surveying the basement area and was able to get a plan in place to ensure everything would work well with the existing vent system. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and what the results would be once the new system was installed. Everything went according to the plan and the new system works excellent. The old 40 gal gas water heater was replaced with a new on-demand system and with everything planned out beforehand there was minimal down time on the water to the house. I could not be happier with the work he did.

Nick was great. Good fair price, nice system, Goodman. We researched and they are the best IMO. Nick was friendly, intelligent, patient with my million questions. Would definitely hire him again, no question.

My experience with Nick Hoyt Heating @ A/C was exceptional, and far beyond my expectations. I am very pleased.
On the hottest day of the summer my AC failed when the blower motor went on my 25 yr old furnace.  My first response was to get a repairman from one of the large HVAC outfits in the Syracuse area for a quote.  That quote was for over $800.00!  Add to that they needed to order the part, another couple days!  The repair man did however say they could send a Representative over to discuss a whole new furnace.
A second opinion was necessary. I called Nick Hoyt Heating and A/C
I happened on Nick Hoyt's name from my chiropractor.  Nick was described as a "good guy" honest and a straight shooter, and very good at his job.  I called Nick and he was at my home in less than three hours.  Nick inspected my problem and agreed that the fan motor was in need of replacement.  Nick had the foresight to carry one replacement motor with him for common problems such as mine and could replace it on the spot.  Best of all Nick was half the price of the other outfit.
Needless to say that in a very short time my AC was back, up and running and all was well.  Additionally, I should note that Nick left the job site very clean! (My wife appreciated that) Being an independent business Nick did say that it was very important to him that he do his very best job, and do it right the first time and deal with his customers honestly with customer service being before billing for what wasn't necessary.
