MLS Cleaning Service LTD

I ended the service due to cleaning issues and cost.

I have used them for many years. I am not totally happy with them because they do not do thorough cleaning and seem as if they are in a rush. They come with about 4-5 people to clean the house and they are done in about 45 minutes. They are not easy to reschedule with either. If I reschedule with them it takes up to a couple of weeks. We have two houses and sometimes we travel and ask them to clean the house on a monthly basis. One time when we were away, they called me to say they couldn't get into the house even though they had my key. My husband caught a flight right away to check if there was problem with entering the house, and there was not. Ever since I have asked them to clean the house they have told me they can't fit me in their schedule. I finally gave up on them and went to a different cleaner and asked for my key back and they will not return it. She totally ignored my request and told me that she was trying to fit me in her schedule. The price reflects each visit.
