went well, very friendly, easy to talk to people working there. Was in an accident 2 days before it had to be inspected. So I knew it wouldnt pass inless the back light was replaced. I was trying to get ahold of one, but my time was running out, but hey finally found one and changed it in their parking lot then it passed, yeah.

All I can say is WOW. We were referred to Polmanteer's by a family member, and he was dead-on in his referral! I stopped in two days prior, discussed tire options in a variety of price ranges with Gavin. On the date of service, I stopped by and Fred took me to work. Just before lunch, I got a courtesy call that the alignment was done, new tires on, and they would come by to pick me up on my break!
Because it was raining, Fred gave me a coupon for a free car wash at the local wash. The customer waiting area is clean, everyone was smiling and helpful, and their adorable dog even greeted me!
This is a family-owned business, and their customer service is fabulous. Everyone seems to really enjoy helping customers, and I look forward to having additional interaction with Fred, Gavin, and the rest of the gang at Polmanteer's!
