Terrible. Sink drained directly into a dry well. PVC cap to line in garage under, ie easy access to line for snake. Their plumber, Kurt, billed $480 for the visit but it was never communicated that the job was not done, the management service had in their records that the project was complete. Regardless, new people coming in so I called Martins to complete job assuming further charges would be discounted. Guy came two days after request, ran pvc pipe, cut a three inch pipe out of the way and T'ed 2 inch line into septic. Easy diagnosis access, nothing other than cutting pipe was at all difficuilt. When supervised job took 2 hours. Yet he billed me another $300 for second visit and my slow drain cost me a whopping and fraudulent $800. Materials 2 in pvc and connector, , $700 in labor. No detail in invoice, communication with management difficult. No report, no records, just one big rip! Others in the know have told me whole job, generously 4 hours, more likelly 3 and it cost me $800. Stay away from this contractor they will take advantage of your situation!
