Mike who helped me with the inspection is very professional. He has sound knowledge of how the house structure should be , how electricity and other equipments like HVAC should be installed. I needed a home inspection done on a very old home (1820's) I am in the process of purchasing and Mike experience and expertise in old homes was immediately apparent.
