Quality Cut Lawn and Landscape do a good job. They are clean and clean up after work.

They came every time it snowed. I had companies that did not. They were also prompt.

They were fine. They showed up and did a good job.

They did a nice job.. Their prices are very reasonable. . the only problem was that they left all the hedge
trimmings for me to bag up.. They did not know that the town of Greece only comes once a month for yard
debris pick-up and they did the job right after the town came.. I could
not leave the trimmings on the lawn for a whole month.So I had to bag it
up so my garbage company would take it.. This year I will let them know the town schedule so they can
coordinate the job with the town pick up .
.I did get to meet Claudio and his crew in person
..They were friendly, and professional. It was amazing to see how fast and efficiently they did my whole yard!
They blew all the grass trimmings off the driveway
,sidewalks and my patio.They even weed trim the small area I have fenced off for my dog..They moved my garden swing and decorations and return them to their proper places. I also really appreciate that they only come when my lawn NEEDS
cutting! He does not bill for any unnecessary cutting in the middle of summer when my lawn is brown.!!
I plan on using them again this year for lawn service , hedge trimming and for spring and fall cleanup as well..I would definitely
recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I have called Quality Lawn Service several times over the past two years, and it is always a great experience. They are always prompt at getting to me, and I am the one calling at the last minute needing the lawn cut in a hurry. He is pleasant to talk to and the price is great. The lawn always looks great after they are finished, and there is nobody that I would use besides them.

When I met with Claudio initially he was very friendly, and professional. He assured me that he would be doing the work himself, and that he would come on the same day each week. These were 2 things that were important to me, and his price seemed reasonable. After a few weeks, he didn't show. I let it go a week, and then called him. He eventually called me back, apologized and said he had somehow missed me on his route, I think he came later that week. Well this only continued throughout the entire summer. I repeatedly had to call him after he didn't show for several weeks. I never knew what day he would show. He never returned my phone calls, just would eventually show up and mow the lawn. I don't mind if the lawn is dry and can't be mowed, but there were several times it was so long, I had to go out and rake up the mess left. And the lawn service itself, is far from quality. There are portions of my yard that should be mowed with a push mower, instead he attempted to use the rider, or used a trimmer. Needless to say the end result was terrible.
I disputed my bill for the month of July. I kept records - and I know he went 4 weeks without mowing. I several times wrote this on my bill and deducted the amount. I kept getting billed for it. Eventually he wrote back claiming he mowed and fertilized on a particular date - my records indicated differently, but I just paid it. I contracted with him to do 3 fertilizer treatments. He did the late summer and early fall at the same time. Never have I had a lawn service do this.
The most disappointing part of this experience was what I regard as a total lack of customer service and professionalism. I probably had to call Claudio well over 6 times this summer asking when he was going to mow my lawn. I believe I only got a phone call back from him once. I tried to be very understanding, and even said if there is a problem, please let me know...and if he couldn't provide service let me know so I could contract with someone else. Never a call, my concerns never addressed.
I choose this provider because of all the positive reviews. I'm not sure what happened with me. I can only guess perhaps he was overbooked. Needless to say, I would in no way recommend using Quality Cut Lawn.

I left a message with this company and they called back promptly. He said he'd stop the next day and leave the proposal for snow plowing in my mailbox. I didnt receive anything so I called back the next day and I didnt get an answering machine to leave a message.

Went very well from start to finish.

I would definitely recommend him, he did a good job. They come in and do everything quick. They clean everything up and put everything back where it was. He seems to be very conscientious. He was very professional over the phone. I would rate him overall an A and will continue to use him.

They did a fantastic job. They were always on time. They were in and out fast. The crew was good and their prices are one of the best in the area. I think I paid $27 for a cut. Their price was very good. The quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were excellent. I will use them again in the future if I need to.

All the work Claudio did has been exactly as he said he would do it. He arrives as scheduled and is very professional. The landscaping project was completed within the time frame we discussed. In short, we are extremely pleased with Claudio's services and would recommend him without any reservations.

7/14/2011 Quick update - Claudio and his team have created another natural area next to our house and redesigned the landscaping in front of and on the side of our home. He came up with some very simple, easy-to-care for landscape solutions that will be lovely for years to come!
