He did not provide regular inspections, responsive communication, financial management, utility monitoring, and price gauging has taken place. The owner took full advantage of the property owner's distance from the property and has withheld rental payments, performed work at shifting prices, absent negligence and misrepresented several rental circumstances, costs and goings on at the property.
Description of Work: The provider was contracted to provide property management services for a contemporary home in Rochester NY. Throughout the time that the provider has provided service, regular inspections, communication, financial management, and price gauging has taken place. The owner took full advantage of the property owner, and has withheld rental payments, performed work at shifting prices, absent negligence and misrepresented several rental circumstances, costs and goings on at the property.
