Janet was attentive and professional and kept us updated at each step of buying and selling three homes. When we had trouble with our buyers, she was very good at representing our views even though it could have been a deal breaker and cost her the commission. She was always on time for appointments, returned calls within a reasonable time and was patient as we searched for a house for over a year. I'd like the cost to have been less since we are experienced in real estate and did a majority of the drive-bys, open houses and showings ourselves.
