Amazing, friendly, fast, and honest. This was one of the smoothest fixes I've ever had. Other places quoted me just to look at the mower and were scheduling 2-4 weeks out. Hidden Hallow got me in, looked at the mower, was honest about the quick/easy fix and got the mower back to me the next day!

My self propelled mower stopped working. I brought it to Hidden Hollow and the people were very friendly. They helped me get the mower out of my car, were very up front about the possibilities and said they would give me a call in a few days. I got a call the next day with a simple fix. I also happened to buy one of their used riding mowers. They delivered it to my house and took me through how everything works.
I will definitely be using them again to maintain my lawn equipment and for any future repairs.

I'd recommend Hidden Hollow L & G for Service of lawn and garden equipment. I've used them for lawn mower, chain saw and leaf blower service and have always had great service and price. I would highly recommend using them if you feel you'll be over charged by the major brand companies who provide the same type of service.

Repairs were done and delivered as promised. It started right up and all seems OK. I will know if the repairs hold once lawn day comes and I mow the full lawn again, but its running and I believe the problem was properly diagnosed.
If I recall correctly, Titus Mower wanted $30 to transport ONE WAY, which is why we looked elsewhere. I **believe** transport charges were $35 round trip. We thought this was more reasonable.
We were so pleased with the speed of the repairs that we brought our in-laws powered mower to Lance and he fixed its problems the same day as well - $39 for a new belt and adjustments. (This we were able to drop off and retrieve ourselves.)
