They are excellent. I felt like they will demonstrate forward with their pricing and they came in a lot lower than the other two companies. Their services that they provided I felt like they were the most realistic like I have never had a dig needed a dog house before like for example the other companies wanted you to buy a package of training the dog. You could get like a complementary one that is included like two visits and then you would have to pay extra for more visits whereas this company DogWatch Hidden Fences, it is included in the pricing in fact two or three times. The other companies all want you to keep the price up forever because it has it's advertising for them and the dogs really don't need an extra two weeks. So it's just like they are not out to try to get as much money out of you as they possibly can. They are out there to put a good product and they are not trying to reap you off as it is what it is. I felt like they were very honest. She really came in best priced.

Teresa and her team were absolutely wonderful! It is obvious they enjoy their work and helping both our dog and us feel comfortable and confident in the hidden electric fence. When we made the mistake of leaving out the dog collar to be chewed, Teresa went above and beyond helping us get a new collar quickly. We are very happy to highly recommend Teresa Billone and the DogWatch hidden fence company!

"Sorry you were not pleased {member name removed}. We phoned several times in the evening in addition to daytime hours. Your agreement was not $1000 for our installation. You purchased your equipment on Craigs List from a customer of ours who was moving and could no longer use it. We installed and provided training. We do not perform business in the manner you are looking for. Each time we did speak, you were looking to negotiate pricing/warranty's for indoor equipment you wished to purchase. We do not operate like an old fashioned used car dealership. We stand by our pricing and warranty. When you were not pleased with the answer you received, you asked corporate if you could do business with a dealer out of state who could provide you with such. Their answer was no. We have been installing, training and servicing customers for 25 years with great success, pride and keeping customers and happy. We try to be very accomodating but cannot do so under circumstances such as yours. Again, we are sorry you are not pleased with the pricing we offer."

I can't say enough great things about the DogWatch fence system and the team from Billone Fence that did the installation and training. The system has worked perfectly since the day I had it installed (both inside our home and around our yard). The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable about the system and how it works with my dog and cat. He trained my dog and cat within 30 mins, and we've had no problems since. I was impressed with the price as it was much less expensive than other systems we priced and used previously with my pets. I highly recommend DogWatch for every pet owner.
