Clark Animal Care Center in Penfield, NY is an AAHA Accredited, full service companion animal hospital. It is our commitment to provide quality veterinary care throughout the life of your pet. Our services and facilities are designed to assist in routine preventive care for young, healthy pets; early detection and treatment of disease as your pet ages; and complete medical and surgical care as necessary during his or her lifetime.

There are a couple in this area and I like them the best. The cost bothers me. Cost is the only issue. This visit wasn't bad. The technicians are very good with the dog.

It's not cheap. In fact it costs us more to take him to the doctor than it does for our grandkids. Like I said when you get one special you do it and don't frown really.

Usually, they go straight back with the animal, and inspect him. We got there, waited five minutes, came out and went into the doctor's room, and we were out of there. The vet is very good. Its location and the quality, we have dealt with many of the vets there, and we are happy with them.

Dr. Wakefield and the staff are excellent. They truly care about your pet and spend a lot of time with you and your pet. If I call with questions, a vetinarian will return my call. Wish I would have switched to Clark Animal Care Center sooner.

I prefer to work with Dr.s Allen and Wakefield for my cats. They are both so kind, compassionate, empathetic and knowledgable about cats and their health issues and psychology. What I appreciate is that they listen attentively to our concerns, speak soothingly to the cats and calm the cats for the exam. Both cared for our 20 yr old cat, and when it was time for her to cross over (cancer) Dr. Allen and Jen the tech made a house call to help her pass. We will never forget how tender they were with her and so supportive to us. The cost may be a bit higher than average, but it is well worth it because you will notice this these doctors and techs are committed to compassionate and expert care. I could not be happier with this office and highly recommend them.

They are very good. They are definitely pricey. They haven't even billed us. They are thorough and passionate about things. We are not sure if we would use them again. A couple of years ago they said they thought we should get our dog's teeth cleaned. She was older and we priced around because they would have to do blood work because they would have to put her under to clean the teeth the way they wanted to do it. The pricing was very expensive so we saw some other places that were a lot less expensive.

We have been taking our pets to Clark for over 15 years! They are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your pets are taken care of. Dr. Wakefield and Dr. Levy are our favorites, but all of them are very qualified.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wakefield and all the other Vet.s in this practice. Dr. Wakefield literally saved my dog's life after she had been improperly treated in connection with surgery for cancer by another vet who was a specialist. Dr. W. was also sensitive to the proper things the other vet had done and was in contact with that vet....but in the meantime saved my dog's life. She sees all my animals for ongoing care....two cats, two dogs.

I've had an excellent experience with Clark Animal Care Center. The veterinarians there are absolutely wonderful. They provide the best care possible, and they've saved my pets lives on more than one occasion. I wouldn't trust my pets with anyone but them.
