The repair work went well. I contacted Pelham Collision and John asked me to come right over for an assessment. He explained the insurance paperwork and made an appointment for drop off of the vehicle. On initiating the repair, he found additional damage and called to advise me. He also called the insurance adjuster to arrange for re-assessment of claim. Work was done well and in a timely manner.

I heard about Pelham Collision from friends of mine who referred me to it because of how helpful the people are and how reasonable their prices are, and i am happy to report that my friends were correct. The owner was incredibly helpful when it came to explaining what exactly he was going to fix and what he was going to replace, and best of all he was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. But i must say that the deciding factor for me was the price, i had gotten estimates from three other body shops and a dealership and the price from here was cheaper than the other body shops and significantly cheaper than the dealer. For what i was paying i wasnt sure how the car was going to come out, but i am thrilled to say that it came out better than ever! The bumper was completely replaced and the quarter panel was fixed and painted so well that you couldn't even tell it was hit in the first place. Their scheduling is also very flexible as i was able to drop it off on a Monday at 6:30am so that i wouldnt be late to work, and i picked it up three days later on Wednesday right after work at 4:30pm. Overall i am very pleased with the work and the service and i would recommend this shop to anybody.

Great! Everyone at the shop was helpful and friendly. The price quoted, which was exactly the price charged, was much less than 2 other shops I checked, and the quality of the work was excellent. It is an older car so I didn't want to spend the money for a full paint job, so they did an excellent job blending the newly painted sections with the old paint job. Looks great! Exactly what I wanted.

Pelham Collision Center Inc. is convenient for me to get to. They do excellent quality work and the mechanics are very trustworthy. Their prices are a little on the high side, but you get good service from them. Everyone here seems to know what they're doing.
