IT WAS VERY EASY. WE HAD SHOPPED AT A FEW OTHER COMPANIES, AND THEY ARE A LOCAL MERCHANT WE WOULD LIKE TO SUPPORT. IT WAS VERY EASY. WE CHOSE OUR CARPET. THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. THEY MET THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD DELIVER IT. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM, AND THEY CAME RIGHT BACK TO FIX IT.

I THINK WHAT I LIKED MOST WAS THEIR OPINION ON WHICH PIECE OF CARPET WOULD BE BEST & THE PRICE PLAN THAT THEY WORKED OUT FOR US. THE WORK WAS FINE. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE.
