It was blowing hot air and they took it out and replaced the whole system. They did a great job and can't praise them enough. I was pleased with their services and I highly recommend them to others. I have never had a complaint.

I have been using this guy for about 25 years. He is trustworthy, personable and stands behind his work. It is nice to go to somebody who is honest and provides what I pay for. The shop has four or five bays and all they do is mechanical work. It is not like a regular service station; they don't sell gas. I have always been 100% satisfied with the work they have done.

I have taken my car there for years, and they have done very good work for me. They solve the problem and do not overcharge. If they say that they are going to do the work, they will do the work; I do not have to stay there and supervise them. They have a nice waiting room, and when I walk in, they will give me the remote control too; I can watch what I want. One time, I needed to have some parts replaced, and they gave me a choice of getting remanufactured parts or new parts; they gave me that as an option instead of just putting it in. If it is a new car, I could opt for the new part, and if it is an older car and it is not a critical part, then I could go for the remanufactured part. They talk to me a lot about what is going on and give me the pros and cons. They do not talk down to me. It is a very good place to take the car to. They are nice to both men and women; the customers don't get treated differently because they are one gender or the other. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Excellent. They needed a day to get the door latch, the transmission pan bolts were tightened, the rear tire was sealed and balanced and the door hinge was replaced. They examined the stearing colum and found nothing wrong. Apparently, I hadn't completely placed the car in park. I would bet another mechanic might have upsold me on additional repairs but not the Car Care Clinic. I was absolutely thrilled with the quick service and the throughness of this shop and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality honest Car Doctor.
