at first, with courtesy and professionalism.
toward the closing, poorly -- buyers misinformed as to required insurance ; seller (me) misinformed as to state in which home was to be left (resultng in a lawsuit by the buyers against me), etc. for this amount of money i would expect the realtors to go the extra mile as i was disabled at the time: e.g., deliver my walker, make sure cats and plants were safe and transported to my new apartment (at my cost, of course), provision of some info as to lists of apartments available in the area, etc. -- in other words, an extra 2-3 hours' worth of work for the $21,000 i paid for the home sale. didn't happen. once the realtors got their money, it was bye-bye birdie.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND these people if you are looking for an agency with a conscience.
