Architectural Service
Horrible. We were very excited to begin the process of designing a plan to expand our small home. We have a limited budget. We were very aware that our plan would need to stay compact and the design phase was extremely important in order to maximize building costs. This is our first time hiring an Architect and we strongly advise anyone deciding to hire this sort of professional go to the AIA website and and review their suggestions before you sign any contracts. We paid out thousands of dollars and wasted months on this plan, only to be handed a plan we can not afford to build. We have hired a new Architect, and we are presently suing Arthur Seckler III.
