We have three cars, we take them all there. They have a waiting room with coffee. They are very honest, that is what I like about them. They tell us like it is and do not try to shake us down for more things that we don't need. Other dealers in the area are like that. These people give us a heads up, like in a year we may need to replace the brakes.

It was fine. The workers were fine. There were no problems. It was done as promised, within the hour. There is that that they could do differently. What stands out about them is their quickness.

I spoke to Rob, one of the managers. He was attentive, polite and professional. He thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle. My vehicle was fixed by the end of the day.

It was very good. It was close to my neighborhood and the price was good. They seem to be pretty honest. I found them to be really good. The price depends on the job done. I had a BMW and they wanted $1,200 for the job. I was fully satisfied with them. I thought the price was right. I hadn’t had any problems with their work, the car works alright. They also offered to take me home, I’m like 10 minutes away, because it took all day to do the job. They were very good that way.

I have had a very good experience.  I got them from www.tirerack.com.  Their prices are reasonable; it is good compared to what others are charging.  They have the owner’s cell phone number on the board in their waiting room in case one has comments or if one needs to get in contact with him directly.  They are very good; I wouldn’t be going to them if it were any other way.  If something happens to the vehicle and if something needs to be done, they talk with me, they bring me out to the shop and show it to me and they don’t do anything behind my back.  I am in the northern part of my county and I am going to be moving to the southern part, and even then, I am still going to be coming up a bit to use them.

The thing I like about them is that they are very honest and do not try to hustle me for extra stuff.  They perform excellent work and their prices are very reasonable.  They perform high quality work at the best price.  I have not been to any other place which is as cheap as them and they have all their prices posted as well.

No drama with these guys.  They took the car in the morning and had it fixed by the evening.  This is a hard job.

We bought two cars into this auto shop this morning at 7:30 am; one car was having difficulty "starting" and we were told after their "diagnostic" testing that it was our battery, as well as told we needed a new oil pan gasket, oil change and transmission fluid change, advising us that this would resolve the problems.  Five hours later and $561.13 later, we were returned our car only to find that the car did not start!  We went back in to the auto repair shop and were told they would retest the starter, electrical system, etc, which they should have done front he beginning, and then were told they would replace the starter and were left sitting in their waiting area for another 3 hours, at which time we were told the starter they installed was not working and would have to leave the car there over the weekend (this being Saturday) since now the car was totally not working, due to the fact that they took out the starter that was originally working, and installed a defective starter. We then had no alternative but to ask them to replace the starter with the one we drove in with, which at least was working and made the car drivable, and at 5:45 pm we were returned our car, which was in no better shape than we originally bought the car in at 7:30am, and we were out-of-pocket $561.13.  Needless to say, we are disputing the charges and will now have to take the car to another auto repair shop comes Monday morning.  So, 9 hours later minus $561.13 for repairs that were probably not necessary and for certain did not resolve our problem which we originally bought the car in for we now discover that they charged us for an Interstate Battery and they installed a cheaper battery in the car, as well as our tail lights are not working which we attribute to their improperly testing our electrical unit earlier in the day when checking the battery, etc.  DON'T GO TO THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP!!!  THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULDN'T WISH THIS ON ANYONE!!!  They were totally unprofessional while pack peddling the entire time trying to make excuses for not doing the job correctly.
Response from Ozzy's Auto Clinic
"4/28/12- Mr. & Mrs. (Member) brought '06 Honda CR-V in with a starting concern & requested an oil & oil filter change. Charging system test (faxed today) performed recommended "battery replacement" only & approved. No fee was charged for this diagnostic test. A free safety check was performed with their consent & a leaking oil pan gasket & dirty transmission fluid was shown to them. Customers approved this additional work, knowing this had nothing to do with the starting concern or an oil & oil filter change. Upon completion, their vehicle was started inside with no apparent concern & parked outside for delivery. The customers got into their vehicle and it only started "sporadically". As it now would require further time-consuming diagnostics (at no charge), a ride home was offered, as well as beverages & food; all were declined. When it was felt it may be a possible starter, although the report showed it to be "good" and that this would also be time-consuming, it was immediately explained to the customers. A ride home was offered & declined again, this time telling them a starter & labor would be supplied at no charge as well, due to inconveniencing them regarding time. Their old starter was removed & a new one was installed, but was defective and did not work at all. The customers were informed of this and that the parts stores were now closed & a rental car was offered. Rather, the (Member)'s requested that their old "occasionally-working" starter be re-installed, claiming they would be in on 4/30 to have an new operational starter installed. Although this would cause employee overtime on a Saturday night, this facility complied with their request. They didn't show for the new starter. Also on 4/28, the (Member)'s had another vehicle here they didn't want to pay for. It wasn't until they were informed it wouldn't be released that that invoice was paid. Further, Mrs. (Member) requested a sequence of "starting system events", which we supplied her & faxed you today, along with your cover sheet."
