hardwood floor
 + -1 moreHe showed up for work on time and finished the job on time. Unfortunately, he didn't do a good job. My dining room and living room had groove marks from the belt sander he used. I called him back and he buffed out the floor and put another coat of polyurethane down. You can still see the groove marks in the floor. Overall it is a poor job. Now that the weather got warm the floor is oozing polyurethane from all the crevices in the floor. I called him and told him we were having a problem and he said he would call me back. I am still waiting for that call. I found out that when a floor oozes polyurethane it wasn't allowed to dry properly between coats. Now I have sticky, oozing bubbles over the whole floor.I would not use him again again or give him a reference.
Description of Work: I used this company to refinish the hard wood floors in my house. He sanded the floors with a belt sander and applied 3 coats of polyurethane.
