LAKELAND MERIT ARMSTRONG WAS PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE DILIGENT IN THEIR WORK AND BACKED UP THEIR GUARANTEE. WHEN THE INITIAL REPAIR DID NOT WORK, THEY HONORED THEIR WORK BY REPLACING THE UNIT IN ITS ENTIRETY AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US.
