I WAS PRETTY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM EKIZIAN. THE CARPET QUALITY IS GREAT. I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH SEAMS IN MY BASEMENT CARPET. THEY CAME OUT A FEW TIMES UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. IT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM FOR THEM TO COME OUT, ONCE FIX PROPERLY WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS. RUGS ARE GREAT FOR WEAR AND TEAR, I HAVE 4 BOYS AND ANIMALS AND THEY ARE HOLDING UP GREAT!
