Called to request an oil delivery. Web site states this company delivers oil to my area and points north and south of my area. A representative called back who was terribly unprofessional, saying that this oil company does not deliver oil to my area(Mt Kisco).

Fuel Oil Provider, that is it. They do not provide oil burner service.
I call for a delivery and they deliver. Very simple and they give a five
cent per gallon discount if you are a member of the Yorktown co-op.

We used to use a different company from December 2008 to January 2009. My husband was in the intensive care unit in the medical center on New Year's Eve. I obviously wasn't paying attention to my household things, so I ran out of oil on that day. The people that I had to contact would not come out to give me oil. So I called Economy Fuel, and they were in my house within one and a half hours. They waited for the plumber to come out and do what he had to do. After the plumber finished, Economy Fuel filled our tank. I don't care what they charged me, I would keep them forever.
