Diana and her team were punctual, thorough, and professional. They really did a wonderful job. Would recommend without a second thought. If we weren't moving out of the country we would use them again!

Dianas House cleaning team are hard workers who left my home sparkling clean. They are courteous and pleasant to have around. Communicating with Diana has been easy, and she is accessible via text for directions, questions, and any changes necessary regarding timing. She has been working for me for about 6 weeks, and so far I am very pleased.

They will be coming every 2 weeks. The first cleaning went well and they did a thorough job.

Diana's House Cleaning team worked hard throughout the time they were here. They really scrubbed the bathroom tile floors and got them cleaner than I thought possible.

This is an HONEST review taking my entire experience into consideration. The cleaning job is EXCEPTIONAL! However...both times I used her she was late by 1/2 hr the first time and 15 minutes the second. She notified me via text after the time I was already expecting her arrival that she would be late. It irritated me because she had a tight schedule that day and couldn’t stay an extra 1/2hr to make up for the time I lost. I got over the tardiness issue though because the cleaning was so thorough and good. I will definitely hire her again!

Diana and her team work very well. They are professional and work hard. We trust them in our home at all times.

What made the difference for me is that they insisted on coming to look at the project before they would quote a price, which was extremely professional. They were so good that I recommended them to my neighbor.

They were professional, competent, they knew exactly what to do and brought all their own equipment, and they did a great job. What else can I say, Five out of five!

Beyond excellent work!! I inherited a house from a family member who had NEVER cleaned it in 14 years. It had a level of filth I had never seen before. In a few hours they restored it to like-new condition. Even the white fridge, which was so dirty I thought it needed to be replaced. It had varying shades of gray and brown throughout. Not after their service...looked like it was just purchased from the showroom floor! Being an out-of-state resident, I may never need their service again. However, all my family in the area knows who they are now, and hopefully this review will help them get business from others. Thanks again!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I used her once and she was fine. Booked her recently for a second time, agreed on a date, confirmed the day before, and then she cancels on my 30 MINS AFTER OUR APT WAS TO BEGIN.

She was prompt, professional, and complete in her cleaning. I would recommend her highly.
