Chaos Wildlife/Animal Removal and Pest Control

I had openings in my garage. They came and said they would put traps down in the lower part of the garage and to close the doors. The raccoons tore a hole in my roof. They said to leave the door open part way so they could get out. They left 3 traps. The traps shut, and they didn't come to reset the traps. They didn't call to check on the traps. I called to say the raccoons weren't taking the bait. Then, I put food in the traps. Then, I caught a skunk in one of the traps. They finally came by to get the skunk out of the trap. They never reset the traps. They didn't call. Finally, we shut all the doors. Sure enough nothing was destroyed. I called them again and said it seems like they're gone so you can get the traps. They charged $268 and I said I hope you're not going to charge the balance because you really didn't do anything. They never called me back. I called AmEX to make sure they didn't bill for the balance. I took the traps out and layed on the grass for them to pick up. When they got the skunk out, they never reset the trap to even try to catch the raccoons again. They really didn't follow up or do anything. Very disappointed! I thought they were actually going to come, check the traps and remove them. They charge by the number of raccoons. The raccoons destroyed my garage!
