They were very good, very thorough, very competent and very nice. They were on time, and they were reasonable. They were fine with me. Their price was excellent for the area, it was what everybody else was charging.

THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF MY CARPET LOOKED GOOD. ALL OF THE STAINS WERE REMOVED. THE WORK OF CHEM-DRY SEEMED TO BE GOOD, BUT THEIR PRICES WERE A BIT TOO HIGH FOR ME.

CHEM DRY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. HOWEVER, I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRICES BECAUSE THEY CHARGED THE SAME FOR THE SMALLEST ROOM IN MY HOUSE AS THEY DID FOR THE LARGEST ROOM IN MY HOUSE.

I HAVE USED THEM A COUPLE OF TIMES BEFORE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. I AM NOT SURE WHAT THEY DID TO THE CARPET OR IF THEY USED ANYTHING TO REMOVE STAINS OR NOT. THE CARPET LOOKED GOOD WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THE WORK IS SATISFACTORY AND THIS IS WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY. NEXT YEAR I WILL HAVE THEM COME BACK AND CLEAN THREE ROOMS THAT WE DO EVERY OTHER YEAR.

I THINK CHEM-DRY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, MY WIFE AND I HAD USED OTHER CLEANERS BEFORE AND CHEM-DRY WAS BY FAR THE BEST. THE CARPET LOOKED REALLY GREAT AFTER THEY FINISHED AND SMELLED GOOD TOO. THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR QUITE A FEW YEARS, BECAUSE THE CARPET ALWAYS LOOKS, SMELLS, AND FEELS CLEAN. HAVING HAD DOGS WHO TRACK MUD THROUGH THE HOUSE, CHEM-DRY HAS PROBABLY SAVED MY CARPETING MORE THAN ONCE.
