Matthew and his team were great. Gave us a good price for kitchen faucet and sink replacement and although the new sink required cutting the countertop to fit they didn't charge much extra for that. They were on time and got the job done perfectly. Highly recommended and would definitely hire them again in the future.

They were able to locate the source of the leak (loose valve on the unit) and fixed it without issue. They then refilled the freon and tested it to make sure all was well. The system has been running smoothly ever since.

I've used other plumbers before and found the majority to be responsive. However our last plumber was dismal - according to the plumber who came to fix his predecessor's poor work.

This has all changed since finding Matthew Smith and Smith Cooling and Heating.

He is knowledgable, good at explaining things for those of us who don't know anything about our home's plumbing, he is fair, reasonably-priced, responsive, pleasant to deal with, and punctual. We recently had a burst pipe in the basement and since I was tired of flying blind, I did research before hiring the next plumber. I can honestly say that the other reviews for Smith Cooling are 100% accurate. I'm relieved to have found him and I think you will be, too.

We woke up to our hot water tank leaking.  We immediately called Matt Smith (we used him before for a leak that sprung behind our walls and he holds our service contract for our tank and furnace).  He gave us detailed instructions on how to remedy the situation until he arrived.  Upon arrival he performed an inspection and our tank had gone bad and was leaking from the bottom.  He left and came back in under half an hour with a new tank (faster than a pizzeria!).  The space was tight but he performed the work quickly and efficiently as if he had all the space in the world.  He left and you would never know a workman was just in there performing the work he did.   In our experience he is always kind, courteous and professional.  He spends some time educating us on our options and makes his recommendations.  He is able to prioritize his work load and handle work accordingly (both of our jobs were emergencies).  He is the owner of this small business and we like to patronize businesses like this when we can.  Although our street isn't a heavy thoroughfare we've placed one of his company lawn signs on our yard to support him.
