Mr. Sarvis came to the house an hour after we first contacted him - he was very friendly, and he quickly assessed the situation.  He was back within 2 hours with his crew, and the tree was removed quickly and neatly.
Mr. Sarvis also allowed us to wait until we receive insurance reimbursement to be paid - I was not expecting this.

The service took about 2 hours. They were excellent, prompt and professional. You have to keep in mind that the business is based on weather so the possibility of delays will always exist. That being said, I would highly recommend Joe and his crew.

Very polite and professional staff. Worked from 8 am till 3 pm; the only break they took was for lunch. They charged the same amount to remove the trees as another company did to trim the trees 2 years earlier. Recommended them to a neighbor same day. Will definitely be using them again.

On time, delivered as promised, no variance from the estimate. Good guy too. Will use him again as I have a few more trees that have to come down.

This company came in, did a realistic estimate, promised a date, and showed up 15 minutes early on the date promised. The work was done well and the team were polite and respectful. It was a great experience, and I recommend Joe Sarvis and his crew highly.

They were responsive, they were punctual, did an effective job and their price came in below than what I expected. They would be the first people I would go to in case I need similar services in the future.

Their professionalism and price were the things that stood out to me the most about them. They were honest and worked accurately as per their quote. I would use them again.

I spent $750 on the job. They did a great job. They came on time and the estimate was correct. They cleaned up after themselves. I like the guy because he always calls back, which I think is rare in the business. I called him for a different job, but it was something he did not do. However, he made a couple of calls and found someone who could do the job for me. He was a really nice guy. I will use this company again in the future.

I don't know how they did it because it was a very huge tree, but they did a beautiful job. I could not stay to watch since I had another appointment, but I came home and found that everything was cleaned up and I did not have to do anything. He is fantastic. He always gives me a very good deal because both of us are animal lovers. He is very quick to respond. He comes right out immediately if I have an emergency and call him. He is very punctual and will be here at ten minutes to ten if he says that he is going to come at 10 O' clock. I once had a big Weeping Willow tree and half the tree had fallen down across my driveway. I call Joe that afternoon and he came out the next morning to get rid of the fallen portion of the tree. He cleans up after himself beautifully. His men are very talented. There were some difficult pieces that they had to remove and they did it with ease and grace and they did it beautifully. They had to cut down one branch on the tree that had my bird feeder on it. Joe came back and they hooked up a line from a branch that was higher up so that I could hang my bird feeder, and they did not charge me anything extra for it. He goes way above and beyond when providing a service. He basically gets work through referrals and his price is one of the cheapest around. You would recommend him to anybody if you have used him once.

Overall it went very well. I am ending up with a slightly different water line than what I had before because I don't have the trees. The price was very good. They were very professional. It kind of took me a year to finally get them here. They pretty much showed up the day they were supposed to. They paid personal attention to detail because it is a small operation and I dealt with the people that really ran the business. I don’t think any of the other local companies would have come in near where their price was.

They did a great job. We really didn't have much interaction with them.

Price was better by half than two other estimates. Came on time as promised with a full crew. Work completed speedily and clean up was total. Did work for a friend involving large tree removal. Same opinion by consumer-fair price coupled with solid performance.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP BEFORE HE LEFT. HE HAD A TRUCK COME THAT DAY TO TAKE AWAY THE TREES. EVERYONE ON THIS BLOCK USES HIM.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND INCREDIBLY CLEAN. THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO AND DO NOT LEAVE A MESS. THEY HAD TO REMOVE A TREE, BUT THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND COURTEOUS IN ANY DISCUSSION I HAD WITH THEM. IT WAS NOT AN EASY JOB. IT WAS VERY COMPLICATED, AND THEY HANDLED IT VERY WELL.
