+ -1 moreHe is a genuine and honest person. He takes care of another home owner's yard in my neighborhood. When he is taking care of their yard, he will come to do mine. Depending on the amount of rain and growth of the grass, he may come every week or every other week. If I have a special event within my home or request additional services, he is more than willing to meet my needs. I began using his services in the early 1990s.
Description of Work: I have an informal contract with the independent contractor. On his last visit, he mowed, trimmed and removed debris from my walkways. I have a one acre lot which a great majority lays on a hillside.
