Friendly and competent English (only) speaking, Irish & Polish male. Looking to expand business locally. 1) Plan: Discuss with you exactly what you want done, establish a rough time frame (rain could hinder), and figure out what might need to be moved. 2) Prep: -Cover/move necessary furniture -remove outlet covers/plates, sconces, recessed light trims, etc. -section off area if spackling/sanding 3) Spackle, Sand, Dust, Clean 4) Prep for Painting: Tape, Tarp floor, set up supplies 5) Prime & Paint Ceiling 6) Prime & Paint Walls 7) Clean up and replace all outlet covers/plates, sconces, recessed light trims, move furniture back I paint every house like it's my own. Care & attention to detail comes standard with my work. I don't currently do cabinets or ceilings/walls higher than 10ft, no kitchens.

Ceilings, Door Frames, Doors -Removes all Outlet covers and tapes moldings when rolling -Will spackle/sand touchups before painting (included) but full patches and spackling jobs will require allotted time/payment Installing Engineered or Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl (WPC/SPC) -Removing/reinstalling baseboards included -Removing old floor is extra -Severe leveling is extra -Underlayment typically $1-1.50/ft^2 extra (materials included), Interior painting (no scaffold/10ft or lower ceilings) -Floors, Moldings
