+ -1 moreMr. Jamison was exactly on time. He was professional, and courteous. My carpets (berber) are over 20 years old on the lower floor of a high ranch and had not been professionally cleaned in many years. He performed an initial walk thru and was honest about expectations (which given the age of the carpet, I certainly did not expect them to look new when done). However, the carpets are much brighter and definitely are and look much cleaner. They dried in less than an hour. I would definitely use OxyMagic again.
Description of Work: Price included tax. He cleaned 3 large rooms, and small area rug, a hallway and did spot stain cleaning.

+ -1 moreCarpet hadn't been cleaned in several years and it came out satisfactory. They responded promptly to my request and arrived within a few minutes of the agreed upon time. Serviceman was courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreOVERALL, IT WENT WELL IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED OXY MAGIC. I LIKED THE RESULTS. I JUST WISH THAT MR. JAMISON WAS MORE UP FRONT ABOUT WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE R/T THE GARAGE FLOOR SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING PIECEMEAL. THE CARPETS DRIED IN AN HOUR...THE HEAVIER USED AREAS TOOK SLIGHTLY LONGER.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL CARPETS AND STAIRS. I ASKED TO HAVE THE SIDES OF THE RISERS CLEANED BOTH SETS OF STAIRS. THE UPPER ONES WERE DONE WELL; WHEN MR. JAMIISON RETURNED ON D7/16/2011 TO DO MY GARAGE FLOOR, I REMINDED HIM ABOUT THE AREA ON THE LOWER STAIRS AND HE QUICKLY COMPLETED THEM. HE WORKED HARD AND MADE A SUPREME EFFORT TO WORK ON THE WORN AREAS. MR. JAMISON ALSO TACKLED MY GARAGE FLOOR ON THE SECOND DAY; THE GARAGE FLOOR COVERS THE CEMENT. HE DID A VERY CREDIBLE JOB. I WISH HE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT A SEALANT BEFORE HAND, I WOULD HAVE DONE IT. HE SAID HE DID NOT HAVE TIME THAT DAY, BUT IF I REMIND HIM NEXT TIME, WE WILL PLAN FOR IT TO BE DONE. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE ASTUTE REGARDING THE SERVICES HE OFFERS AT THE TIME OR WHEN BOOKING THE PROJECT.

+ -1 moreThey are very good. I don't have anything to dislike. I'm fixing my house, and I will be calling them back. They are excellent. The price is reasonable. I have done carpet cleaning even years ago, but this is one is very good.
