Mr. Jamison was exactly on time. He was professional, and courteous. My carpets (berber) are over 20 years old on the lower floor of a high ranch and had not been professionally cleaned in many years. He performed an initial walk thru and was honest about expectations (which given the age of the carpet, I certainly did not expect them to look new when done). However, the carpets are much brighter and definitely are and look much cleaner. They dried in less than an hour. I would definitely use OxyMagic again.

Carpet hadn't been cleaned in several years and it came out satisfactory. They responded promptly to my request and arrived within a few minutes of the agreed upon time. Serviceman was courteous and professional.

OVERALL, IT WENT WELL IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED OXY MAGIC. I LIKED THE RESULTS.
I JUST WISH THAT MR. JAMISON WAS MORE UP FRONT ABOUT WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE R/T THE GARAGE FLOOR SO WE DID NOT HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING PIECEMEAL.
THE CARPETS DRIED IN AN HOUR...THE HEAVIER USED AREAS TOOK SLIGHTLY LONGER.

They are very good. I don't have anything to dislike. I'm fixing my house, and I will be calling them back. They are excellent. The price is reasonable. I have done carpet cleaning even years ago, but this is one is very good.
