Everything was done on time and to specifications. They repaired on computer that was poorly serviced by another repair shop in Nyack and set up a new computer and transferred all my files from the old computer to the new computer. The followed up to make sure everything was done as requested and provided support (even over the weekend) to make sure things were working properly. They instilled a very high level of confidence and trustworthy. Even though work entailed more than they anticipated, they held to their original estimate. They focused on customer satisfaction. I will use Eagletech going forward for my business and personal computer needs.

Job was completed early. Technician made sure that service was to my satisfaction before leaving shop and, although more effort was expended to complete job, did not charge extra. The technicians comprehensive knowledge of computers and systems created a high level of confidence in the work. After returning home and using the computer, I was fully satisfied with the service and will use Eagletech as my and quot;go toand quot; tech support going forwards.

The gentleman who came to my home was very knowledgeable about my laptops. He was able to figure out why my signal was not strong enough. He also had to reload quite a few programs that were not showing up on the laptops.

I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED. THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS. EVERYTHING WORKED THE FIRST TIME. NO OTHER ISSUES HAVE COME UP SINCE WE'VE HAD IT BACK.
