Horrible experience. Mr. Cattani started out like a professional -- but then proved to be highly unreliable. We were subjected to cancellations, unkept promises, no communication, and no work done on our job after 4 months of waiting He gave us a quote for a simple one-day job on June 17 and, after getting one more estimate, we agreed to his offer. It is now the end of October, and Mr. Cattani has not found the time to get to us. He cancelled twice, the first time for a family issue and the second because he got shingles. We understood both times, and we were okay with him needing 2 weeks to get well. After 4 weeks and no word from him, we emailed. He said he was back to work and would contact us next week to reschedule. He lied. When we contacted him, he said he had a family issue and work-related problems but that he would get to us in a week or two. He also said: I completely understand if you choose not to use me but would still love to earn your business. So we decided to give him another chance. Well, he did not get in touch and he did nothing to earn our business After waiting and waiting for him to respond, we emailed, requesting a firm date. No answer. We sent a last email to cancel the job. Not a peep. If our job was too small and he preferred bigger, more lucrative jobs, then he should have told us to try someone else. Caveat emptor!

Robert has exceptionally craftsmanship , he made us custom baseboards, and redid our entire son's room. It came out incredible. We will be using him to redo trim for man more projects to come! Highly recommend
