There was a very quick turnaround. I called them and they came out and replaced the unit within one day.

They have always been prompt and efficient. They are also very honest. When we were having trouble with our pump that regulates all of the water and waste water to the house, they did not pressure us to replace it right it away.

I thought everything would be fine. I received a call when the plumber was 15 minutes away from my home. He arrived, did the job in an hour, and then charged me for 1 1/2 hours of work. Unfortunately, I was in such a rush when the plumber left that I only noticed the mistake after I'd payed the bill. I had to call back three times to have someone look actually look into the issue. When it was finally resolved, I was told that I was charged from the time the plumber called my house (i.e. from 15 minutes away!!), and that explained the 1/1/2 hour charge. When I expressed that this didn't seem fair, I was told that this was the policy of the company. If this is true, this strikes me as an uncommon and unfair business practice. I'm sorry about the whole thing; it seems like the quality of the work is very good.

I like Bertussi's Plumbing & Heating. I'm very happy with their service for the most part. The only thing this time is that the technician marred my porcelain sink and drilled holes in the wall that were very visible. He had trouble fitting the pipe in and I ended up doing it properly after he left. Other than that, they come on time and usually do great work.

Always love working with Bertussi Plumbing. Have used them for many, many years. All of their workers are well trained and professional. The job gets done right the first time, every time.

I FEEL THAT THEY ARE VERY FAIR WITH THEIR PRICES, AND THEY ARE VERY HONEST. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE AT 8:30, AND HE ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

IT WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS HIGH, BUT THAT'S PROBABLY THE GOING RATE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME, THEY CAME. THEY MIGHT HAVE BEEN BACKED UP, BUT OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
