Turned around they answered my call pretty quickly, showed up the next day on time, addressed the problem quickly, very courteous and really do a good job explaining the problem and was able to fix my drier and the pricing was reasonable.

We had intended to replace the appliances but were unable to move them from our basement without making some structural changes so we had them repaired and they are still working fine today. The dryer was almost completely rebuilt. We were very happy with the results and the price.

They came the same day they were called. They had whatever parts and tools needed to repair my dryer and fixed it quickly. They were very professional and neat. I would do business with them again.

Marty is always knowledgeable, helpful and if he can't figure it out the first time he doesn't give up until he gets it done.
An example is that I was cleaning the inside liner of our front load washer a little to zealously and the spring that keeps the rubber seal inside the machine came out. The design of our machine is challenging and it is stacked under our dryer so it can't easily be moved out. At first Marty wasn't sure how to fix - came back next day with an idea and it worked.

We had smoke coming from 6 year old Dishwasher

Aand A came within 24 hours to estimate it - dishwasher motor and heater replaced.

He explained the Pro's and Con's of fix vs replace. We decided to fix.

Marty called before he came to my house. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. He clean up after himself and explained the warranty on the repair.

He was pleasant and knowledgable.

The timer on my dryer was not working right and he repaired it. Since I have not had the dryer serviced, he did a thorough cleaning. Most importantly, he told me that my dryer was crushing the vent tube to the outside therefore would have caused a fire hazard. He replaced the vent immediately.

Very well. He came the same day that we called and had the part that he needed on the truck so he was able to repair it immediately.

A and A Washing Machine Service is a one man operation with his wife as the dispatcher. He shows up when he says he will. He states the cost before he starts. On an other occasion he couldn't fix our washing machine and recommended we call Sears, we had already paid him for his service, but he gave the check back. I would call him again in a second.

I think these guys worked well; they changed some parts that needed to be changed and were making noises. Right after these guys repaired it the noise went away. I even recommended these guys to my friends.

Pleasant and efficient in analyzing and resolving the problem.

THEY TOOK A WHILE TO COME TO THE HOME AND GET THE JOB DONE BUT ALL IN ALL THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY WITH QUALITY SERVICE, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH A NEED FOR WASHER AND DRYER SERVICE.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. We HAVE A LONG STANDING RELATIONSHIP. IN FACT I DON'T THINK OF CALLING ANYONE ELSE. I ONLY CALL THEM. THEY ARRIVE WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO, AND IT'S EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.
