Excellent experience. I was able to see arrangement online. The florist took my suggestions (changes I wanted and incorporated them). I was able to e-mail them a lengthy note that I wanted included. They delivered on the day that I asked. They did not try to increase the arrangement to a deluxe or premium arrangement for more money, even though I was leading in that direction. They gave me nicer flowers for the same basic price. I saw the arrangement in person, and it was lovely. Delivery charge was very reasonable.
